General rules of the club I'M NOT AFRAID OF AMERICA!

Klub Nebojím se ameriky (hereinafter referred to as "CLUB") is a loyalty program for customers of TUCAR PLUS s.r.o., with its registered office at Rokycanská 1319/90, 312 00 Pilsen, registered at the Regional Court in Pilsen, file number: C 36190, ID number: 07052391 (hereinafter just "Tucar"). This program is aimed at providing superior benefits for regular customers of Tucar. Customers become members of the joint CLUB on the basis of their free will, which they express by their signature on the application form or any other manifestation of will assumed by law. These General Rules of the CLUB are an integral part of the application.

 

Club membership  
Any natural person over the age of 18 with a mailing address in the Czech Republic who agrees with the General Rules of the CLUB can become a member of the CLUB. The loyalty card can be obtained after registration at a Tucar store or on the website www.tucar.cz. In case of loss or destruction of the loyalty card, the club member is obliged to inform Tucar in writing or electronically and the card will be deactivated within 24 hours. The customer can request a new loyalty card for the existing club account from a salesperson or service technician at the Tucar showroom in Tuklaty. The customer can use the benefits of the CLUB immediately after successful registration, when showing the card at Tucar branches or at their partners. A customer becomes a member of the CLUB if he is a Tucar customer, has purchased a new or used car here, or has purchased ND or accessories worth at least CZK 50,000 excluding VAT. Subsequently, he can take advantage of all the benefits offered by membership in the club.

A CLUB member has the right to draw discounts on goods and services.  The Tucar company reserves the right to determine the goods and services whose sale and provision belong to the CLUB program, as well as cooperating external partners.

 

Protection of personal data of CLUB members
By signing the application, the customer expressly agrees that Tucar will process the personal data entered in the database in the application, as well as the data obtained during business transactions, especially all data obtained through the use of the loyalty card. Furthermore, the CLUB member expressly agrees that Tucar, as administrator, processes personal data registered in his name in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, for the purpose of offering business or services and for the purpose of from the terms of the CLUB. Tucar is authorized to process personal data through a designated processor(s), and the CLUB member acknowledges that the processor or processors so designated are no longer subject to further consent. Consent to the processing of personal data is granted for an indefinite period, until the withdrawal of this consent, or until the termination of the CLUB's activities. Consent can be revoked in writing at any time and the administrator will delete the data.

Every member of the CLUB is obliged to update his personal data, especially his correspondence address, if his personal data changes. He can do so electronically by sending to the e-mail: info@tucar.cz.

 

Final Provisions 
Tucar reserves the right to publish photos and videos of winners, including names, of competitions organized within the CLUB, including the names of winners without financial compensation, to which the CLUB member agrees. All rewards within the CLUB are not legally enforceable. Tucar reserves the right to modify the General Rules of the CLUB if necessary. CLUB members will be informed about these changes at the stores and on the Tucar website. Tucar reserves the right not to grant membership to the customer without giving any reason. Tucar reserves the right to terminate the CLUB in justified cases. The date of termination of the CLUB will be announced at the Tucar showroom and at www.tucar.cz.
